| Description: | Hello, My name is Derek and I'm a Broker for an Exempt Market Dealer located in Toronto Ontario. We have recently partnered with a new company called Fortress Real Capital who promotes syndicate mortgages. I'm looking to produce a new website to help promote there product across Canada. Details below: I will be purchasing a website template from templatemonster.com Template: http://images.osc4.template-help.com/wt_28856/index.html The website will have a total of: - 11 pages - 32 photos (which I have) - 2 videos (I have) - 7 graphs. I don't have these graphs on file and you will need to create them. To view the graphs please visit http://www.fortressrealcapital.com/overview.php you might be able to just photo shop them and change the colors. - One of the pages will be a 'contact us' and I will need you to make sure that's setup and working correctly. I already have an account with Aweber so it can be run through that. NOTE: There will be a graph put on the homepage which will be used to connect visitors to the site. This graph will be put on 1 page ads which will be advertised on Craigslist (and others). The ads will be in HTML format so visitors can just click on the ad and it automatically takes them to my site. What needs to be done: - At the very top right I will need the links support/FAQ/Site Map/ Help removed and replaced with my companys name and logo. Note: you will need to recreate my company logo (or photo shop it off our website). - The background color below the banner photo's I would like changed. - One of the pages will be called 'Projects'. On this page there will be 5 pictures of our current projects and when visitors click on them they will be taken to a new page where they view the details of that particular project. NOTE: These 5 linked pages are included in the 11 pages total. - Another page will be called 'NEWS'. On this page there will be recent news articles written about the company. Six articles in total will be on that page and I would like a link for each added so visitors can click on them and it will take them to the newspapers original site for them to read the full article. |
