We want to make a certificate. For that certificate we need to have a background. The background should look like on ID cards.
The background contains sinusoid.
If you know how to use softwarea to make it it should be easy.
The colours should be blue or green or similar as the one in the sample file.
The line formation should be very similar but not 100% the same.
I think the price should be less than 30 USD, like 15 or 20?
but if you think more it is OK, if there is no other bidder.
